Bohuslav Klein

Bohuslav worked until 1990 as the director of the legal department of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce. In 1990 Bohuslav decided to start practicing as an attorney at law and became a partner of the law firm KLEIN ŠUBRT DOŠKOVÁ. For many years Bohuslav served as the chairman of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and remains an honorary chairman until these days. During his time as an arbitrator, he settled hundreds of arbitration disputes in 12 different jurisdictions.
