After passing the bar exam in 2017, he began providing legal services as an independent attorney, establishing cooperation with a leading Czech real estate fund and its subsidiaries. He provided comprehensive legal support to these entities, particularly in the areas of lease relations, property management, and debt collection agenda. His activities included legal due diligence analysis in connection with investment acquisitions and the subsequent identification and elimination of legal risks within the framework of internal risk management.

In 2020, he began working with a reputable Prague law firm, providing legal services to a prominent client in the energy sector and a number of corporate entities in the construction, healthcare, and sports industries. The provided legal support included the drafting of legal opinions, due diligence, advices on public procurement and subsidy law, as well as representing and defending clients in proceedings before courts and other public authorities.

Since 2022, he has worked closely with a boutique law firm providing legal services to multinational real estate funds and investment groups with extensive real estate portfolios in the European Union. As part of this agenda, he participated in the preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation for development projects and transactions involving real estate transfers, provided legal support for merges and acquisitions, and dealt with lease agreements, easements, and land registry entries. Given the direct applicability and impact of European law, the legal services provided also included matters related to AML, ESG, and GDPR, particularly in the area of implementation into clients’ internal structures and processes.
